Although the Malaysian government is not ascertain the loss of aircraft due to Malaysia Airlines MH 370 acts of piracy, but the allegations against aircraft hijacking scenarios missing since last Saturday (08/03/2014) is now stronger.

Allegations emerged as Prime Minister of Malaysia, Najib Razak held a press conference in Malaysia, today is Saturday (15/03/2014). In the press conference, Razak said the Boeing 777-200ER belonging to Malaysian Airlines airline accidentally deflected and turned off its radar transponder.

What was delivered by Razak during a press conference today raises a presumption that the hijackers MH370 not just anybody, at least he knows the technical operation of the aircraft. Because, in addition to deflect and turn off the transponder, which took over the plane by deliberately choosing the path so as to avoid radar undetected.

The above fact is reinforced by the data obtained by Reuters. On Friday (14/03/2014), Reuters obtain location data captured military radar MH370 Malaysia after disappearing from the civil radar. The data obtained by Reuters from the Malaysian police source who requested anonymity.

From these data , it is known MH370 is in the waypoint named IGARI on Saturday ( 08/03/2014 ) last week , at 1:21 am in Malaysia . Waypoint IGARI itself is in the 059 degree radial from the radar VOR Kota Bharu .
After that , MH370 moving westward towards the waypoint Vampi located in the waterway , or northeast of Banda Aceh , Indonesia civilian radar undetected .
After reaching the point of Vampi , MH370 turned slightly to the northeast toward the waypoint GIVAL located in southern Phuket , Thailand , and flew to the northwest towards the waypoint IGREX in the middle of the Andaman Sea .
Malaysian military radar can track then no longer where MH370 go . From IGREX waypoint , route airways P628 are often used by pilots to fly from Southeast Asia to the Middle East or Europe .
From the selection of the path as described above , it can be concluded that anyone who deflect flight MH370 is a person who has sufficient knowledge .
It is also expressed by the Associated Press ( AP ), which says that one or more persons who have significant knowledge of fly hijacked Malaysian Airlines MH370 .
The man knows how to turn off the transponder aircraft , and provide input new navigation , deviate from the route that was set to fly to Beijing .
 
 
 



IGREX waypoint in the middle of the Andaman Sea , the MH370 is expected to have the fuel to fly for 5 hours . Therefore, the current focus of the search Malaysian Airlines Boeing 777-200 is concentrated on the northern boundary to the southern boundary of Tajikistan in the Indian Ocean .
MH370 deliberately avoid radar ?
Like the highway , planes in the air must pass through a predetermined path , the air line is called airways that connect from one waypoint to the next waypoint . Route taken by MH370 after turning off the transponder also impressed suspicious . Because if a straight line , then the new route taken by the MH370 flight as to avoid the regulatory radar .
To note , the airspace is divided into several FIR ( Flight Information Region : http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Flight_information_region ) controlled by each country . Just before missing from waypoint IGARI , MH370 deadly transponders . IGARI located at the boundary between the FIR FIR Singapore and Ho - Chi - Minh , Special to the Singapore FIR in the South China Sea , the northern corridor is controlled by the Malaysian side .


  
Shortly before leaving the controlled FIR Malaysia and about to enter the FIR Ho - Chi - Minh City ( Vietnam ) , MH370 turn off the transponder and change direction towards the waypoint to Vampi until IGREX , which seemed to fly in the edges of the FIR boundaries between various countries , namely Ho - Chi - Minh , Bangkok and Yangon .
Unfortunately , the Malaysian military radar can not track the waypoint after IGREX MH370 . When asked by Reuters about the degree of coverage of military radar Malaysia , Malaysian Transport Minister , Hishammuddin Hussein refused to answer , because he thinks it is sensitive information .
Many of the comments that appear after the last information on the whereabouts of this MH370 revealed . Why bring up the new Malaysian seven days after the loss of data MH370 also questionable , given all the available resources for this would be deployed in the South China Sea .
